Deck must be 40 cards minimum
There are no sideboards
Only 1 card from the Fast group
Only 1 card from the Power group
Only 1 card from the Destruction group
Max 3 of any individual rare
1 of each restricted card
Max 3 of any moderated card

Recent Rules October

There is no Draw group, Braingeyser has been moved to Power. Howling Mine and Jayemdae Tome are now Restricted.
Mind Twist is no longer Banned but is in Power.
Fastbond has been moved from Power to Restricted.
Copper Tablet does 1 damage to whoever's upkeep it is, not to both players each upkeep.
Copper Tablet removed from Moderated.
Wrath of God moved to Destruction.
Mana Vault is no longer in the Fast group but is Restricted.
Reverse Damage and Simulacrum can now prevent lethal damage.
